During yesterday and last night (24.03.22), an error has occurred in pur app, which has lead to that many of our guests has been deducted up to several times for their previous purchases. We sincerely apologize for this!
The error has been reported to our subcontractor, who is now working hard to fix these problems - and to get money back to our guests. They have put many on this mission, and work as hard (and fast) as they can. Everyone will get their amounts refunded as soon as possible! You can expect to get money back on your account relatively quickly!
